We combine external training with our own self-improvement sessions. We have used our external trainers for years. They have a great knowledge of Hanami, and they have crafted a training programme that follows our progression model, helping our staff reach their full potential.
Our self-improvement sessions are run twice a month and are presented by our own people, to ensure knowledge sharing and encourage fresh ideas within the business.
This role introduces you to the world of recruitment and helps you understand the markets we work in. You’ll support the experienced members of your team with candidate attraction and management, finding talent for existing Hanami clients.
Once you’re up to speed with our recruitment processes - you're ready to go client facing!
You're still finding great candidates, but now you're also client-facing. You'll engage with companies around the world to drive brand awareness of Hanami, showcasing how we can best support their recruitment needs.
You’ll also start to travel both locally and abroad, to meet clients in the areas you cover.
You’ll be a consistent biller who knows your market inside out. As well as day-to-day recruiting and client management, you’ll help with the running of the business by taking part in monthly peer group meetings.
You'll offer your experience and insight to help Hanami resourcers and consultants meet their potential. Other ways you’ll influence our business include: helping to organise monthly socials, supporting social media output, running training sessions, guiding our business values, and offering ad hoc business support.
If you want to focus on growing your desk without managing people, you can choose to take the path of a Principal Consultant.
You’ll be an ambassador of Hanami with more trust and responsibility to develop high-level business, without the responsibility of building a team around you.
For those who love the idea of growing their own team, there's a clear path to progress into management. Here, you'll maintain a successful desk while making your own hires, building a high-performance team.
At this level, you’ll also have a part to play in driving key business decisions.
Once you've successfully built and maintained a consistently high-performing team and proven yourself in a leadership capacity, directorship is on the table and available.
As well as leading high-level business strategy, you’ll benefit from our big picture, long-term incentive plans.
